Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): rates calculated at checkout
International Shipping We ship to 25+ countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days depending on the destination. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at customerservice@whateverspot.com with photos of the damage.
